Galveston Beach Condos with Owner Financing

The new owners of The Dawn Galveston Beach Condominiums behind the seawall, are renovating the resort.

For a limited time during the renovation, they are offering owner financing on select units. Already much of the new landscaping and the new pool has been completed. When completed, The Dawn will be on par with the finest beach condos on the Island.

I am interested in what owner financing you have available on these select units available during renovation. I am looking for a 1-2 bedroom/1 bath condo. I would be the only person living in the condo, and I do not have any pets. Would be interested in furnished or unfurnished. Please advise if you have special financing options available at this date.
